Zerodol-SP is a combination of three medicines.
1) Aceclofenac (Acelofenac 100 mg)
2) Paracetamol (Paracetamol 325 mg)
3) Serratiopeptidase (Serratiopeptidase 15 mg)
Aceclofenac
It is a pain-relieving NSAID medicine. It is used to reduce pain and inflammation.
It blocks the COX enzyme in our body due to which prostaglandin hormone is produced less and we do not feel pain.

Paracetamol
It is an antipyretic drug that is used to reduce fever.
It also reduces pain. Paracetamol relieves pain by blocking the COX enzyme.
Apart from this, it prevents the release of pyrogen by the brain. Due to which the body temperature does not increase.
Serratiopeptidase
It is a medicine to reduce inflammation. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that reduces inflammation by breaking down the fibrin protein at the site of inflammation.

Dosage of Zerodol SP Tablet
Zerodol-SP is given in the morning and evening. It should always be taken after eating something.
Its dose is BID i.e. twice a day. It should not be eaten by breaking or chewing.

It takes 2 hours for Zerodol-SP Tablet to show effect. Its effect lasts for 7 to 10 hours.

Precaution While Taking Zerodol SP Tablet
1) Pregnant and lactating women should not take Zerodol-SP tablet
2) Zerodol-SP tablet should not be given to children below 12 years of age
3) Kidney and liver patients should take Zerodol-SP tablet only after consulting the doctor.
